As a fellow, you are called to join a community of scholar-practitioners who understand the value and the meaning of human resources in a training environment. You are a stellar performer and provide an excellent training track record as a training manager or above, instructor or teacher (corporate, academic, or contractor), instructional designer (developer), or researcher of training related competencies.

You have been published or have materials waiting to be published. You love to share your wealth of knowledge and experience in various delivery mediums. You'd love to travel the world and understand cross-cultural training needs and requirements.
